Originally from North Dakota and growing up in a family-owned Construction and Development company, it was an excellent foundation for my career in Real Estate sales and building. Moving to AZ in the early 1980’s exposed me to an opportunity to grow further While employed with Continental Homes, Richmond America and Shea Homes as a Project Superintendent for Off- and on-site construction. In 1995 I was ready for another career path by Starting in Real Estate Sales as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Success earning awards for being in the Top 10% sales gross. Moving to WA, CA and MT, continuing in Real Estate Sales. 

The last 12 years I have been working in the Food and Beverage business for BW Design Group, as a Traveling Construction Manager. Specializing in New builds, remodels, equipment installation and distribution facilities. Clients have been Pepsi, Coca Cola, Anheuser Bush to name a few. Rose and I concluded it is time to set down roots in one location for a while, so I am now in NV joining the Intero Real Estate Team of Jason Lococo. Located in Gardnerville, NV with Lake Tahoe, CA just 30 minutes away.

My wife Rose has been part of Jason’s Team for over 10 years, working remotely as she traveled with me.  We are looking forward to working together again in Real Estate.

In my free time, I enjoy golf, skiing, hiking, traveling, and visiting western MT to spend time with our adult children, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
